Subscriptions & Fees
- Subscriptions are activated after agreeing to these Terms & Conditions and paying the applicable fee.
- Free trial periods are available; if not canceled, the subscription fee will be billed automatically.
- All fees are non-refundable.
User Responsibilities

Commissions Program
- Users may earn commissions for referring new subscribers.
- Commissions are paid monthly once thresholds are met.
- Users remain independent contractors; no employment relationship is created.
Liability
- Mconnexa provides the platform "as-is" and is not liable for any technical errors, service interruptions, or damages.
- Users are responsible for their use of the platform.
Termination
Users may request account deletion via support@Mconnexa.com.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
- All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Ireland.
